Nope. Last band I saw live was Exodus. There was no light show, but several people got quite bloody.

I'm sure you already know by now that any anti-Tool talk is not going to be tolerated here in The Official Tool Thread. It's pointless to bother trying to articulate why you don't like them. I gave up years ago.

Yeah for some reason Tool fans are more obnoxious than those of Dream Theater.

I don't necessarily find them obnoxious. They just really, really like Tool. A lot. Trying to understand that is something I also gave up on.

+1. Good find HHBH. I like Tool and I found the article hilarious. Even Tool fans should find some humor in the article. Nothing is sacred people, have a laugh once in a awhile at your own expense.

I agree completely. Of course Radiohead aren't even remotely boring and are actually absolutely brilliant so a comparison to Tool in terms of quality is a good idea.

But the thing is Radiohead aren't really that boring. So if Tool are about as boring as Radiohead that means Tool aren't really that boring either.

I still enjoy Lateralus every now and again but the rest of their stuff doesn't really do it for me anymore.
