you need IDs for parental advisory CDs..... how old do you have to be to get a PA?

ArtistInTheAmbulance 02-17-2005 02:42 PM

My 10 year old brother had no problem buying a CD with parental advisory... Mebbe they just dont care over here.

franscar 02-17-2005 02:44 PM

Parental advisory stickers carry no legal jurisdiction behind them, it is up to individual stores or chains as to whether they decide to sell such "filth" to minors. In the UK we famously couldn't give a toss, otherwise Eminem would never sell a record.

If anything it should mean the opposite. You clearly didn't get it anyway. Whoosh.

Fenixpunk 02-18-2005 11:05 AM

ive never had a problem getting music with parental advisory stickers on them, but then again, when i was to young to buy them, i dont think they existed.
