Ride the Lightning has some of the worst vocals by James, and I am a big fan of most Metallica.

Not talking about the lyrics. Riff. Riff, as the title suggests. Lyrics do suck, most of metallica's do in my opinion. But thats a different subject.

yes, but the next track on the album obliterates it.



then again every 3rd Soundgarden song could easily be a greatest riff ever.


i can also never get enough of the riffs to Kyuss' Thumb and Sabbath's Sweet Leaf.
