Slipknot aren't crap..yeah the thing with the masks might be a bit lame but their music is really good and the lyrics are sadistically brilliant!

No, I'm pretty sure that everything about Slipknot is gauranteed lameness. That band exists to purposefully raise the bar in absolutely terrible music.

Yeah, they're really sort of comedy rock. And they have some good riffs.
