Dave OD'd on heroin and passed out on his left arm for two days, killing all the nerves, collapsing all the veins, and leaving all the muscles pretty much useless, thats why he didnt play for a long time. The docs said he wouldnt be able to play again but after alot of rehab on his hand hes back playing. Supposedly sober now, he still goes to alot of the narcotics annonymous meetings when hes home (a scottsdale ranch i believe). My wife who is becoming a drug counselor has seen him speak at several meetings. (she goes to them for her school) So, uh, come to phx, smoke some crack, or shoot some dope, and you may just meet him.

wasnt trying to school you, just stating why he attends the NA meetings up here, whether you knew it or not, or if anyone knew the reasons for that matter, i thought it was interesting. (there were alot of rumors that he couldnt play because of carpal tunnel syndrome)
