Did ya know that Baker was Bonham's inspiration for 4 sticks? Bonham went to see Baker's Air Force to see what all of the hype was about the guy. All people kept talking about back then was that Baker was using 2 bass drums. Bonham was not impressed and stated that he could do more with 1 bass drum than Baker was doing with 2 - check out Good Times Bad Times for proof.

When it came time to record the track Bonham said "So, they think two bass drums is the ****, wait till they hear this". He then grabbed 4 drumsticks and laid down his take with 2 in each hand. The untitled song quickly had a name.





Pre-dates Jane's Addiction by 20 years.........
