I do like Nocturnus, but they lack the uncompromising brutalitly in addition to the weirdness that Obscura-era Gorguts has.

Really enjoying the new Krallice album. They captured a really strange hybrid sound on it much more than ever before. To me it sounds like an album Slint might have made if they had dabbled in black metal instead of noise rock.

This is easily my favorite release from Norway. If it was an actual album it would be in my top 50 for sure.
