another great album, and a major reason why I think Finnish Death Metal is so overlooked, at least when compared to the Swedish scene.

Finnish Death Metal is amazing.

Indeed. I don't know which is better. Convulse or these guys. Either way, some of the most underrated DM ever.

I hear death metal, black metal, melodic death metal, and god knows what else. I don't know how the **** to categorize this, but it's ****in' ace, man!

This is one of the most unique sounding Death Metal albums I have heard. The addition of violins give them a sound that is one of a kind.

One of the essentials in the style.

Weird but awesome combo of death metal and electronica.

I've seen them live, it was...okay. The music was cool, but they were just reserved onstage. They came off as a support act rather than a legitimate world class metal band.

Melodic, brutal, epic, this band has it all.

I actually prefer the stuff they after this on Elegy and Tuonela.

BastardofYoung 02-16-2012 03:38 AM

Really? I Love "Elegy".... but I think they had something really special on the first 2 albums.
