Underrated Swedish death metal from the early 90's. That guitar tone...

Nothing, but drop one song for me and I will listen to it. I'm bored mindless.

Don't know what you're into so:

Melodic Death Metal
Eucharist - Greeting Immortality - 1993

Black Metal
Ancient - Trumps of an Archangel - 1994

Grind/Progressive/What the ****
!T.O.O.H! - Rad A Trest - 2005

Progressive/Technical Death Metal
Virvum - Ad Rigorem - 2016

Power Metal
Overmaster - Marble King - 2010

Hopefully something here strikes your fancy.

I'm much less interested in metal than I used to be, but everything here was pretty decent at the very least. I especially liked the feel of the Ancient track and the Virvum track.

My go to folk metal band ramains Arkona. They're unbeatable:

Bruh, if Slayer had ended after one album, Slayer would still be remembered. The thrash dweebs would suck their cocks right off. Show No Mercy is the absolute **** and "Die by the Sword" was possibly the first perfect thrash song..

And "Black Magic"

Oh and "Tormenter" is sick as **** too. It's not a 100% brilliant record, but it's so great right off the mark for Slayer, and just one of those albums that sums up what the very soul of metal is.

I'm so over Slayer, but listening to this feels somewhat new to me. I dont' think I ever bothered with anything older than their 3rd album.

Bruh their second is possibly their best depending on what you're looking for, but if you haven't heard their first two (and possibly the Haunting the Chapel EP) then you're missing two of the best metal albums ever recorded. Hell Awaits might be my fav Slayer album depending on when you ask me.
