I'm not sure I understand the Exodus clone description for Dark Angel. DD sounds nothing like Bonded in Blood. They came out at the same time.

They sounded plenty like Exodus, especially with their original singer. And Exodus may have only released their debut album in '85, but that's just cause of label issues, as the album had been ready for a year beforehand. They were actually playing the Bay Area even before Metallica, and pretty much influenced every band in the scene.

We Have Arrived sounds like Exodus maybe.
Darkness Descends is far more advanced than any Exodus album, though it could just be the awesome production of Darkness Descends that makes it sound so much different than an Exodus album.
