If Moon & Antartica would've been of the 90's I might've considered choosing them over Soundgarden, but neigh. I really do enjoy Lonesome Crowded West, although it wasn't easy to get into, I haven't listened to Long Drive yet cos it somehow doesn't seem very appealing. There's lot sof other stuff I should listne to so I just don't get around to it.
I can imagine why people don't like them though, Isaac Brock's voice can be pretty terrible and their early style isn't meant for everyone's ears I guess. However, I do think their rhythm section is pretty nice, some of their songs have really smooth drum rolls. |
