Buckethead is the main guitarist on Chinese Democracy. The only reason I checked out/enjoyed that album. As for performing it live, Bumblefoot is doing a fairly good job at playing BH's licks.

Virtuosos from those styles are the guitarists that impress me most.

He does play some Spanish style stuff. I doubt he's mastered them but I'm sure he can play just about anything fairly well.

Well, this song didn't put me to sleep and I made it through 1 minute.

Unfortunately, it includes an organ sound, and I have this strangly strong antipathy to organ-type music in contemporary songs. Also, although the guitar-playing *is* executed excellently, I'm not a fan of the jazzy style, because...I hate jazz. Is this jazz? What is this? I don't like it, whatever it is.
