I saw Alexisonfire last year and they were one of the best bands I've seen they rock out so hard on stage and I'm sure anyone else who has seen them will agree with me. My favorite song has to be 'counter parts and number them'

Thats a sicka ss show i wish could attend.

my fav alexisonfire song? it's gotta be little girls pointing and laughing. i've seen them twice. the first time i made the mistake of not paying enough attention in the mosh pit, and george did a stage dive and landed on my neck. it hurt, but i got to mosh with him :D

.44 Caliber Love Letter, No Transistory, and Happiness By The Kilowatt
|
I really like White Devil and Accidents. I guess the lyrics are what catches me =\
|
I also saw'll them with rise against and they're both smex.
I love both albums and pretty much everything they've done. and Can't choose a favorite song..well white devil at the moment. |
I like Dallas Green's solo project
|
right now im listening to alot of it was fear of myself...
|
im a big fan of alexis, i saw them earlier this year, it was an unbelievable show. i think Dallas has the most beautiful voice in all of punk/rock/emo/screamo what ever, at the moment, it's amazing.
You guys like the switcheroo album? its pretty cool, i hadnt heard of moneen till i got it, they are pretty cool, and their covers of Sharks and danger and accidents are bad ass. Oh and the new Alexis song Charlie Sheen VS henry Rollins (i think thats what its called) is soooooooooooo good. |
i love Alexisonfire, one hell of an awesome band, first song i heard by them was sharks and danger and loved it cant wait to see them when there touring as i missed them the first time around! :(
i like Rise Against aswel and saw them live when they were doing the Taste of Choas gig and were good, id go for alexi everytime tho by far. |
I like Alexisonfire, they're a pretty awesome band. My fave songs by them have to be "Hey Mama it's your Funeral", "Pulmonary Archery" and "No Transistory".
|
I felt bad for Moneen though, since Alexisonfire's version of their songs are better than the originals.
Damn shame. But the 5th song on their be Moneen is pretty sick though. |

I don't care for them myself but for 5 years running before they finally hit, any punk show I went to in Toronto they would be there talking to people and handing out free demo e.p.'s. They are nice people and have done a lot of networking to get where they are, they deserve every ounce of success that they receive.
On a side note, if you like Alexis try Blue Skies at War and the singers solo project Machete Ave. They are from my town, not sure on distro but look 'em up on the net |
great band... 44. calibre love letter has an intro that is mind blowing, and water wings, catchy and gets into it straight away...i wish they'd come to australia...
|
i'll just agree with everything My Favourite Accident said, seeing as hes got a point, BUT MAN Alexisonfire supported by RA **** man if that came to australia......i dunno id probably faint
|

|
I've only heard two songs, one they had on their myspace for half a day (which i wasn't too impressed by) and then "boiled frogs", which is pretty good.
I'm hoping its good but who knows. |
