Hey guys.
This one may have been posted already, I'm not sure.

But anyway, I just started listening to a bit of these guys, and right now I'm really liking Accidents and .44 Caliber Love Letter. What are your fav songs by Alexisonfire?

i saw them a long time ago in syracuse. there were like 20 people at the show. it was pretty good. i think they are from canada. anyways, good band. i dont know any of the names of the songs but they werent to bad.

The only ones I know the names to are the ones on their purevolume page. The only cd I have is burned and I'm looking for it right now (this topic reminded me) online. I'll let you know the day after I get it.

My bro has just bought both their albums, "watch out" and i can remember the name of the other one, its the one with "44.caliber love letter" on it.
Anywho what are your thoughts on them.
I am absolutly in love with them at the moment, "Watch Out" is one of the best albums ive heard.

They are diffinatly on my favourite band list, probably coming in equal 2nd with Strung Out (who im seeing in April WHOOOOOO!).
First obviously being 'Thrice'.

i have the one with 44 caliber love letter on it. its pretty good. i dont know if id go as far as calling them one of my favorites though. i like the guitars on it. id give it a 8 outta 10.

Yeh, dude i totally recommend you get "Watch Out" i find its better then the other one.

old stuff wasnt awful. new stuff sounds like a ****ing trainwreck.

I'm agreeing with Frost....so let me go check my heartrate. But yeah, I like the older stuff...the song "Accidents" is a good one.

Yeah, I definitely liked the older one better. Some of the songs on "Watch Out" are pretty good though. I really like the guitarist's(I'm pretty sure it's him) voice alot though.

eh....I haven't heard their new stuff. There's no incentive for me to. I haven't listened to them in a long while. We brought them to my town a few years back....they weren't too bad.

I think their good, I'm listening to a couple of their songs I downloaded, don't know what album their from though.

I saw Alexisonfire supported by Rise Against the other day. Was pretty awesome! Any1 else go? They're not my favorite bands but both were very good live. Any1 like Alexisonfire???

I like them alot. Haven't seen them live however. I got the cd that has Accident! on it...can't remember for the life of me what its called...grrr.

anyway, i still can't firgure out if its alexis on fire or alex is on fire. confusing.

they are pretty good. they have got a song on the atticus cd. i like rise against better though.

lol, my ex-girlfriend's brother was wearing an Alexisonfire shirt today and I was like, "Alex is on fire or Alexis on Fire??" Yeah we're cool now so that's..cool.

Ok I was gonna start a new thread but then I found this one and thought I'd bring it back... Im having an AlexisOnFire phase at the mo, its fun. Ive had Watch Out! for a while now, but for some reason I never listened to it as much as I should have done.. But now Ive rediscovered it so its all good, Im thinking of buying another but seeing as Im running low on cash I wanna make sure I get the right one... Any reccomendations?

I think Alexisonfire is the worst band ever. I mean... the screaming? Listen to some good screaming, like Slipknot, In Flames, or Soilwork. Alexisonfire is pathetic, man.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't classify Slipknot as having "good screaming".

^Thats cause they dont. The fact that he/she would say Slipknot have better 'screaming' than AlexisOnFire is wrong, I wouldnt classify Slipknot having screaming...

But, whatever. Music is all subject to opinion I spose.

I've been working for Alexisonfire since my freshman year, and I'm a senior. I love their stuff and they're just great. If anyone hasn't heard em, you should definately check em out...

alexisonfire is awesome. they have great guitar syncopation(sp?) all bands have different screams. some high some low. i like the alexisonfire scream. it grows on you. like underoath

I also sawll them with Rise Against awhile back they were awesome nice show.
