Yes. I have a good recommendation for you. Its a band called Napalm Death. They are Grindcore band.

Here, this is a nice song from that band.

i forgot to say that it has to be a little bit musical not just screaming and yelling.
something similar to slipknot

My bad. Well, I dont really know much bands in that style that you're saying. But I know a band that is very similar to slipknot. Its called Limp bizkit, and they are very similar to them.

Well, if you want something that is more musical then I don't think you really like brutal music. If you can't listen to this, then I think it's time to stop using that word:

How should I know? But if your definition of "brutal" is Slipknot but not Suffocation, then your definition is obviously different from mine, or most people's for that matter.

PowerPunisher 01-23-2013 10:25 AM

when i say brutal, i mean bands with who can noisy screamo music.
not a bunch of idiots making weird creepy noises.

First of all, why do you call "noisy screamo music" brutal? It seems like you're using a word used by music fans of a genre that you don't listen to in order to argue with them more than anything else.

Secondly, I would rather listen to a bunch of idiots making weird creepy noises than a bunch of idiots trying and failing to make weird creepy noises.

PowerPunisher 01-23-2013 10:38 AM

when i say brutal, i mean heavy noisy screamo bands.
not a bunch of idiots making weird creepy noises.

Oh Good God, I remember my sister listening to that on occassion. Thought she was so hardcore and then I had to endure this and Endless Love in the summer of 80. Great memories indeed.

Unknown Soldier 01-23-2013 11:56 AM

It's too broootal for the likes of you, best that you stay listening to Slipshit.

I've been in love with this song since 2008 when I first heard it. It goes on every single driving mix I make, there's just something about that pulsating rhythm that goes so well with being behind the wheel of a car, especially at night on the highway.

name your favourite band please?

SalmonCubes 01-23-2013 04:26 PM

I'm not quite sure you understand what the words "heavy" and/or "brutal" mean in metal. Slipknot isn't heavy. Heavy and brutal is death metal, black metal, or one of those "core" genres that I'm not familiar with.
Nu metal isn't exactly supposed to be heavy, although Slipknot is on the heavier side of nu metal. In the entire world of metal though, no. Slipknot isn't heavy.

PowerPunisher 01-23-2013 05:14 PM

anyway, name some bands similar to them
