Default What do you think of this drummer?

Aniket Prantor (

It's this Bangladeshi progressive metal band. I'm in love with the drummer.

Ya its good, sounds like he knows what hes doing. I can tell he likes throwing some flams on the toms in his fills. The mixing seems odd though, the bass is too prevelant and the china sounds wimpy.

This is awesome, although I feel like if I knew what he was saying I'd like it less.

He's got a good kick on the double bass drums, sounds relaxed while staying solid at the same time. Excessive double bass work seems to be the signature for metal drummers in the last decade or so. There's a lot of killer drummers out there these days.
