I dont care for their music much but I like the guitarists distortion. Still trying to find out what pedal it is. Anyone know?

It is probably a combination of amp, pedal, guitar, and playing style.

As i've said before and if I cared to look it might be in this thread.
Shadows was having vocal troubles so they had to shift styles to go with his voice for now.
Better then no album at all.

^word to the word. they changed their sound, to go around it. but to the majority of poeple in this thread calling it a disgrace to metal because of their new sound, i think the new album was devoid of their hardcore influences more so than metal. sure theres a much more ample dose of pop, but the metal riffing is still very strong. i loved their new album, not as much as their older ones, but its still a solid release.
