I actually really like Waking the Fallen and City of Evil.

Their last album was pretty average, and the new single sounds a lot like their release of b-sides. Which is to say, it doesn't sound that great.

If you took the time to spell I might take the time to take you seriously.

I haven't really heard much of their old stuff but I like the new stuff and I'm very excited to hear their next album with Mike Portnoy. Afterlife and Bat Country are brilliant songs.

I`ve been listening a lot to "City of Evil" and after several listens, I actually think its a very good album and it has a huge amount of influences on the album as well. Its a far cry from the screamo debut album they put out.

City of Evil is an old favorite of mine. It's more nostalgic for me these days than anything, but it's enjoyable nonetheless.

I pity you.
I pity you, living your life with lack of respect towards others musical preferances. So freakin' what if his chose of clothing and his look is so-called "emo". The fact is that Avenged Sevenfold are a group of extremely talenter musicians.
