Sabbath's songwriting is superior, IMO. Their lyrics are absolutely brilliant. I actually think some of their songs could be performed with an acoustic guitar and be just as good.

Who cares? Acoustic isn't inherently superior to electric. Final product is.

Agreed, but I think that it demonstrates quality songwriting when a track sounds just as good stripped down.

Not necessarily. If a song is supposed to be played with an electric guitar, it doesn't make it worse if it doesn't sound good without it. "Iron Man" sure wouldn't make sense acoustic, but that's not the point.

Aerosmiths first 3 albums counting Permanent Vacation is better than anything by these two goofy bands.

And The Prince of Darkness is Black Sabbath idiots.
