I'm still working out what countries will feature on "The International Language of Metal" this year. I'm thinking Israel and Turkey almost definite, then maybe China, Greece? Anyone any suggestions? I'd prefer to stay away from mainstream Europe this time if I can; already did Spain, Germany, Ireland...

The chinese government hates rebellious music like metal. Metallica played there recently, and they were forbidden from playing "Master of Puppets" because it was a threat to the government or something absurd like that.

I'm not kidding.

It was the first time they've ever been in China either. So yeah, China is out.

All the more reason to do them! I see a large list of bands, though in fairness any band that calls itself 伏羲 is going to be hard to review...
