How about some Everytime I Die, my favourite metalcore band.

Recent album they put out was pretty interesting, but I loved it and the album artwork they went with.

I need to listen to more of them. I'm only really familiar with The Big Dirty, which is a pretty awesome album. Got a swagger I'm not used to hearing on bands like this.

It's the southern rock aspect they have to their sound. Part of what makes them unique :3. It's hard to pick a favourite album but overall I think the Big Dirty might be it.
I'm not sure why but these guys are a lot more enjoyable to me than any other metalcore band I've listened to. They're just a lot of fun.

I love El Dorado on that album. I also really like Thirst. Moor is pretty cool too.

I've always been much more of a metal guy than a hardcore guy, so the bands that incorporate thrash and death metal generally go down the best with me. Hence my love of Arkangel. My other big find recently are Reprisal. These dudes clearly love them some Slayer.

It surprises me, Batty, you have a love for thrash and yet seem to not be the biggest fan of the recent Machine Head albums. They incorporate thrash as good or better than a lot of other Metal bands out there that aren't straight up thrash metal, and their live show is nothing short of amazing.

Check out machine head, OMGWTFBARBECUE.

No they really don't. They're alright, sometimes even awesome, but they're groove metal/metalcore with dashes of thrash. I tried listening to their new album, and it basically sounds like they've bought into their own hype and think they're artistes or something. Just overblown and silly.

Call it the far out or muddled up opinion of a long time fan.

I thought the new album was massive, flawed, but massive. I'd keep my opinion that it's their best yet if it wasn't for what you pointed out, because I feel that they kind of let their new found fame or popularity get to their heads.
