I hope you know I can't count your vote (although unless someone else votes for RHCP and not Primus or FNM, your vote wouldn't have changed anything anyways).

It allows someone to target a specific band. What if everyone else was allowed to do that? RHCP might not even have any votes. If people were allowed to do that, everyone would vote that way because it is advantageous, and the whole point of multiple votes would be negated.
