War Ensemble is easily a top five Slayer track for me and that alone makes it the best on the list imo.

It was also my first Slayer album. I stole it from my dad's friend and would listen to it in secret because my mom was stupid and didn't want me to listen to good music. So there's that.

I always thought "War Ensemble" was overrated. That drum solo fill whatever near the end is awesome though. The title track is the best song on the album and possibly the best Slayer song in general.

It was a good while till I heard Seasons, so it also doesn't have the same nostalgia as pretty much all their previous albums. I'd already heard enough Slayer to last me a lifetime, so a lot of the album just felt like what was already old hat.
