Under those circumstances, I guess it's sort of an impressive vocal performance. I once received a compact ball of ice right in the nuts at full speed and I couldn't squeeze anything but consonants out through my lips for at least 5 minutes.

The best Who album is Who Are You

But they're all great, including Who's Next, from the debut at least through It's Hard.

Easily a top 30 or so artist in my book.

Vargs vocals in Burzum are (largely) not his own natural voice. He used various methods to contort his voice to that shriek. Truly if you didn't know this you have no business discussing extreme metal vocals. Tisk tisk
