Bruh Kyuss is in my solid top 5, I get to choose which Kyuss album I put in there. Blues for the Red Sun is clearly the better choice after all anyways, though I still love the **** out of Welcome to Sky Valley (10/10 btw).

And as for Tool, that's their best album, it would appeal to even non-Tool fans like yourself. Try it out heathen.

Opiate is the best thing they ever released. Laterelus drags for a bit. I like Tool though.

I would say the same about Opiate, I think it feels sort of stale. I do like a few tracks off it though.

Opiate is good, but it doesn't really showcase what makes Tool badass.

In looking at all the music on my computer I now realize that I have downloaded Motley Crue's entire discography twice and put them in two different places in my music files.

It would be pretty hard to give any one band two spots, but their first two albums are pretty important to me.

Alive And Rising has Tatsuya Yoshida on drums. Imagine some raw, hardcore influenced, somewhat psychedelic metal with that kind of drumming. Epic stuff.

And Darkspace is Wintherr's (aka Paysage d'Hiver) other band.

Sounds like something I'd make. Extra excited.

Notice what? That I included an album that most people consider rock? I don't care what you think, it's more metal than rock.

I don't contest QOTSA at all but I will say that Bleach is kind of a stretch. Much more punk influenced imo, and even the Melvins influence in that is taken to more punk territory. Sludge Punk if you will.

Sludge metal, sludge punk. I don't think it's that much of a stretch. Now, if I said that about incesticide, nevermind, or in Utero I'd say that would be strectch.

I guess we can all agree that When the Kite String Pops is the best metal album ever cause it's gonna be on my list too.

Kind of feels like an oversight on my part.

It's funny cause I'd never even heard of the album before coming to MB and now it's ubiquitous here. And it's not even hipster bait.
