I found it very forgettable.

Damn, this is a hard one as both of those are favorites. On Piece there's Sun and Steel, To Tame A Land, Still Life and aside from Quest for Fire, I love every song on that album. But ...Justice left such an impact on me, seeing that tour live still ranks as my all-time best concert I've ever been to and the entire album just rips so I've gotta give it the nod.

I'm taking Maiden over Metallica every time.

Piece of Mind (minus Quest For Fire) is about as perfect as a metal album can get.

New drummer Nicko's opening salvo on Where Eagles Dare (the man is a freaking octopus) sets the tone for the entire album.

Harris & company put a foot on your throat and they don't let up.

The real showcase on Piece of Mind is the work of Dave Murray & Adrian Smith.

Those two had a run of 5 straight albums, from Number of the Beast to Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, that, as far as dueling guitarists go, won't ever be topped. (yes, that includes Downing & Tipton)
