Devo - the worst band from new wave/post punk scene?
 

What you think about this band?

I listened many new wave/post-punk bands and I think Devo suck. I can't stand their robotic sound without a melody.

I think Devo are great. Here's one of their more underrated songs. In this live version, the guitar is pretty prominent, so maybe you can notice the melody more. ;)

saying Devo has no melody is like saying, I dunno, something else that is false

Devo defines pure new wave.

They are no longer subject to criticism. They are among the unassailable.

I feel like you're the kind of person who hates metal music because "it has no melody."
