Well I would say that anyone can make Foo music, lots of bands make better, but there aren't many drummers that can hold clout against grohl. In the same way that whatever clapton touched when he arrived on the scene turned into gold, so too has Daves drumming be associated with amazing music. The only thing I can think of they didn't go too great was Probot, but that isn't a band, and it wasn't bad, just not popular.
Nirvana Foo Fighters QOTSA Tenacious D Probot Now he has NIN under his belt Fact is, the man is the greatest living drummer, and if you'd say otherwise, Ill ask you to give the catalouge of another drummer whos come up with such a diverse style with as much success.
