Motley Crue were done because they fired Vince Neil and the album they did with his replacement flopped, nothing to do with 'alternative rock'.
Warrent's 3rd album released in 1993 (Well into the Grunge era) went gold so plenty of people were still buying their records, Not bad for a band with only one song people remember. Then after that they broke up. Again nothing to do with 'alternative rock'.
WASP split up in 1990 so Blackie Lawless could record a solo album, again nothing to do with 'alternative rock'

People shouldn't make sweeping generalisations.

I'd take Motley Crues first two albums over anything done by Radiohead or STP. Not even sorta joking.

Also: Edited for capitalization and punctuation. It was bothering me.

Does the japanese version have some added benefit beyond digital enhancement? Live songs? Added songs?

Stone Temple Pilots aren't too bad, but I agree fully with Radiohead, and I don't even like Motley Crue all that much.

Haven't listened to a Radiohead Album in years, they bore me to tears now.

STP are always a great listen and Velvet Revolver are the best thing since sliced bread.

Unfortunately you can't take a Velvet Revolver CD and make a sandwich out of it
