One of my favorite people I've never met. I can understand why he didn't feel like playing after Neal passed. Looking forward to his new stuff.

He’s a spectacular guitarist with a great signature sound.

I’ll respect any direction he wants to take his music in the future but I hope he makes an instrumental solo guitar album at some point. No drums bass vocals just him playing the guitar.

All three of them came off real well in the media. Never ****ting on each other or any of that as far as I know. They always seem to appreciate their lives and their fans and their good fortune. Plus, they’re the least pretentious prog rock band of all time and in my opinion one of the top three with Yes and Genesis.

(I don’t consider Floyd prog)

I know there’s people who will crucify me for this but I like them much more than King Crimson.

This is new to me..Rush.. but just listening to this video right now, seeing how much the songwriters actually put in...unbelievable..no, not when you hear them talk about their passions for music. ..............A Video worth taking the time out...

Ummmm... what?

Alex Lifeson is working with Tom Morello and Kirk Hammett on new material

Interesting combo.

I'm listening to Alex's latest contribution, called Envy of None. I'm liking it. It has a bit of a Garbage vibe to it. The singer has a great voice.

As for the "holy triumverate", their place in my household is tenuous. I listen to them. My wife, she is one of the many who just don't like Geddy's voice. I get it. I have friends who don't like R.E.M. or Radiohead because of the vocals.
