Default R.I.P. Mr. Jeff Beck (24 June 1944 - 10 January 2023)

such a shame.

he passed away from bacterial meningitis at the age of 78.

my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

sadly, his final album, 18 (the collaboration with Johnny Depp), wasn't received too warmly, but i really liked it.

Saw a doc on Jeff Beck. Was something of a character, but he was indeed loved judging from the many tributes I saw on my Facebook feed from Queen to the Doors. Brilliant guitarist.

I should have bought those 2 cassettes I saw at the thrift store last weekend. Could have resold them on eBay.

Disappointed by the distinct lack of liberal wokesters in this post.

Jeff was the best overall Guitarist my opinion, not my favorite but the best.
