Listening to individual songs is not something you do with Tool.

I don't usually, I've already said this, but I want to hear these conventional guitar solos that they supposedly play.

I didn't really care for the new Tool album. From what I've heard its a lot more atmospheric than I like. To me Tool are becoming a heavier version of U2...just much better musicians.

I don't like the album, but I wouldn't say it's that bad.

I bought this album the day after it came out ($12 Canadian), and compared to Lateralus and Aenima, I could only rank this album as average. Too many "solid" tracks, not enough "great tracks". The cover art is my favorite of Tool's to date, however. For 12 bucks this album is still deffinetly worth it.

Adam doesn't play conventional guitar solos very often, but the majority of his solos are most definitely not 'noise' or 'feedback'.

well when i first heard them they played the weirdest, most interesting music id ever heard (i was listening to poppy indie-rock at the time). thats why i like them... they got me into experimental music.
