He was an absolute tosser apparently, and i have no time for egotists. That said, i'm a huge fan of poetry in songs and you dont get much better than Morrison if your looking for poetic lyrics.

I wouldn't say that, his lyrics could range from cool to just downright silly.

He was an amazing frontman though.

Jim is indeed the man. I would consider him one of the best singers of all time, up there with Freddie Mercury and Robert Plant. I can't lie, Light My Fire is pwn.
