dustin from thrice....he's got a decent/good voice, but the lyrics he comes up with are even better. So he gets my nod as the best.

oh I kinda agree with Edgil...Rage was such an amazing band...but It wasn't just their singing and lyrics...the guitar was great too.

I always liked Jon Bon Jovi too.
ex: Livin' on a prayer. <- cool song.
