I just think that much less of The Who than the other three bands. To fill the gap I would put The Animals, The Yardbirds, or The Moody Blues over them.

I'm not a huge Kinks fan, but I may just be listening to the wrong stuff. I love the others.

The Who for me. Followed by The Beatles, The Stones and The Kinks. Mind you I haven't listened to much of the bottom three... I probably should though.
