Yes Elvis is the most well-known, but I don't personally like him that much that I could call him the King. Think about it, he had a great pair of chops and he was good performer, but he wasn't songwriter or good instrumentalist at all. And that's why I'd give the tittle to Chuck since Chuck was much more professional and was great guitarist and good, although limited, songwriter.
On the other hand, of course, if we are talking about influence and culture, then Elvis is of course the King, cos he is such a well know figure, and one the biggest reasons for that was that he was white.
But if we are talking about actual music, then I vote for Chuck Berry.

White Wash America perpetuated that Elvis was the King knowing good and well he was stealing from Chuck... this is b.s. Chuck and Little Richard are the real kings, f%ck the bs.

Elvis Presley may be dead, but he is still going to be, and forever will be the King of Rock and Roll. no one can replace him.

Don't like metal at all. But certainly not Ozzy. Lemmy would deserve it but he ain't that much metal.
