It is from a sketch comedy show, one of the best !:

The sketch is just more less a parody of the record store owner, going to many of indie music stores, especially second hand, one meets people like this... I have met a few people like Bruce's character in the sketch, ha!.

I grew up on Kids in the Hall, one of my favorite shows. KITH and SCTV are 2 of Canada's best shows I feel.

Might get some crap for this, but my fav Doors song is The End. Ever since I heard it in Apocalypse Now, I always associate that song with such powerful emotions. Great stuff, Oedipus Rex references included

i actually think the apocalypse now cut of the end is better than the album version (from what i rmeember they arent exactly the same)

i also enjoyed an american prayer which is a love it or hate it album.
