My Eyes Have Seen You.

Well, anything from Strange Days really.

Two from each Morrison-led studio album...

The Doors - Break On Through to the Other Side (Killer promo! Basic and simple, and still great), The End

Strange Days - My Eyes Have Seen You, When the Music's Over

Waiting for the Sun - Not to Touch the Earth, The Unknown Soldier

The Soft Parade - Wild Child, The Soft Parade (especially the final part)

Morrison Hotel - Waiting for the Sun, Peace Frog

LA Woman - The WASP (Texas Radio and the Big Beat) and Riders on the Storm

An American Prayer...the whole album. It's in a unique world of it's own.

I'll try to get to Other Voices and Full Circle as soon as possible (hopefully), but for now this is my two per album list.

I hate The Doors. Does that make me weird? Like, honestly, I just can't get into ANYTHING of theirs.

If you can't get into them, you simply dislike them. Don't say you hate them. You have to have a good reason to hate an artist, with the only exception being The Jonas Brothers.

I am going to say that Soul Kitchen completely blew my mind away, you know, on top of already becoming disarrayed from the start.

I just discovered this thread today, how neat. I used to be obsessed with The Doors, still think of them as an awesome group. Probably my favorite though would have to be Not To Touch The Earth. The instrumentation on that song and the lyrics are perfect. Everyone on that track is showing off a bit, really dig it. The Soft Parade is really good to I like some of there longer tracks.

VERY hard to pick a favorite song for this awesome band, but right now my favorite is "The Crystal Ship".

The Doors' first album is, to me, without question their best. There's never been a better 'half' of an album in rock history than Break On Through-Soul Kitchen-The Crystal Ship-Twentieth Century Fox-Alabama Song-Light My Fire. Incredible!
