This is an entirely necessary and not at all passive-aggressive comment.

I said premise, not topic. Two different things. One part of the premise that you sound like you don't understand is that I did have an opinion about the Beatles and was attempting to re-evaluate that opinion. That was the reason I created the thread. This is something I explained right in the OP. You also seem to not be aware that another part of the premise here is that I promised to review everything that was sent to me. That's what I've been doing. There's not actually any particular attempt at "hearing some of their lesser known material" going on here, just listening to other people's recommendations.
