Ed Norton took over the editing from the original director and that's why it has a disjointed feel. I would much prefer to see the Directors version and make my mind up from that.

Pulp Fiction had better lines for sure and I do like the film but Jarmusch's Mystery Train did the 3 storyline interlink better, easier, earlier and with Tom Waits so that wins by default.

No my youngest was 9 when he saw it last year and he liked it and that was it. I usually have to buy most of the Pixars when they hit DVD but so far he hasn't asked.

I cannot stand the 'talking animals' genre too unless it's animation. The latest travesty seems to be 'Marley & me' that is everywhere over here on TV etc. It looks bloody awful.
