Well, I did say 'usually' which I thought was true. But apparently you're the one who should explain to non-Apple users how they can do a simple drag and drop from iTunes.

It works like every other iPod. You plug it into your computer and load it up with music via iTunes.

edit: sorry, I thought you were asking about the iPod Classic. All Apple products work really...
