i'm not gonna post my best ones cause they're like really personal so i know no one's gonna be shocked or whatever

the way that we are not together
and we are walking separate ways
we've promised this, i swear i'd never
stop and think about forever.
the way the sky is all above us
and we're so proud, so fuckin vain
that we can't see what is around
and we cannot hear; do feel ashamed..
the way the sun's not longer shining
and that the world's no longer ours
we've lost the war, we're always dying.
the way you feel, inside your heart
and we are here...though we're apart

The straight road

that's the road, the only path to follow
while darkness is leading our way to the sky
we're here, not prepared, but sure of our mission
we are here with our hearts and ready to try.
we often feel lonely, we often give up,
we sometimes feel nothing, just wanting to stop..
and even if they knew, they'd always try to hide it,
as if we are alone, as if we're not reacting.
they talk about braveness, about sacrificing
they say "we'll go and fight without compromising
we're ready to face it, we're ready to be"
to be something we're not, that would only bring misery
it's all so confusing, it's about living their life
pretending you accept that, always pretending and lie
we feel we're quite helpless always searching for the truth
we feel alone and trapped inside, trying to make it through.
this is our life, our chance to change this world
followed by death, the ending of our pain
they make us fight for our rights, for a hidden purpose
not sure of what we'd lose, not sure of what we'd gain.
we don't claim we're not afraid
we are not saying that we're hurt
we see what's around us, and around's just mud and dirt
they see what they want to, they only see themselves
they don't feel the pain, they don't see the rest.
i just want some justice, for them and for us
i'm proud of what i've gained, ashamed of what i've lost
i'd like to stop them. and to make them see
to tell them what's wrong. and to make them hear
our million questions that are never answered
to stop the confusion, to prevent a hazard...
if that's the road, the only path to follow
that means we can't go back, as our hearts are hollow
and if we have to lose, then we will lose today
as the straight road is falling while leading our way.

Not to be critical or anything, but isan't the point of a song to have people hear it or read the lyrics.
