i just wanna chill in my room
with nobody but me and you

we can sit and watch cartoons
with scooby doo and the crew

- song i wrote that was inspired by many-a-acid trips with a girl. the guitar lick is a beachy blues like tone using D - F#min7th - Emin7th verse, Bmin7th - Emin7th - F#min7th chorus, and a catchy slap and slide Emin7th - F#min7th bridge. there is some finger picking in between the chords but that gives you a general idea.

not bad man, mostly good, i like the chill, relaxed sort of feel. Some words do sorta throw off the flow though, like the usage of the word austin, which doesn't really rhyme with pretend. Besides that, and some less than spectacular similes (like a pair of shoes) its pretty sweet. i'm interested in hearing the finished product... oh, and if you get the time, could you take a look at my song sunraze... just lookin for opinions and stuff
