Sometimes, I feel like dying,
Like a gun to my head.
Like a kid on the street without food to eat,
Everyone stares
So he looks at his feet.
Only sometimes.

Sometimes, I just get drunk,
Like a bum in a slump.
Like a 21 year old king of the world,
Raping a girl
As she cries through each hurl.
Only sometimes.

Sometimes, I feel tired,
Like a broken machine.
Like resting forever as I fall through the seams
Waking alone
To a world of dreams.
Only sometimes.
