Default Inadequate

To belong, or not to belong,
should it matter?

we go and we go,
so just never stop to think,

what's it like to feed off inadequacy?
does it help you get through the week?

Times are tough, times are changin,
my ridges are rough, I feel I'm aging,

you wonder does it have to be like this,
one always better than another,

what I want to know is,
what's it like to feed off inadequacy?
does it help you get through the weak?

I want to hold up a mirror,
and show you what you look like,

show you what you look like,
when you do these things,

I want to show you how it feels,
to be on that other side, that lonesome side,

Does it make you feel strong to feed off the week/weak?
You're strengthened from inadequacy?
Am I saying this accurately?

I just want to be clear,
I want us all to have no fear,

I just want to be clear,
when I feel so inadequate,
I don't want to be here

The only good idea here was the week/weak wordplay, which wasn't executed well.
