Default When The River Runs Dry

This is a song I wrote last year, a rough mix can be found here (click audio and select "when the river runs dry". This is the first track I completed that (I think) will be on my debut album... I am still re-recording sections of the song but this is a basic idea of what it will sound like.

Below are the lyrics.

When The River Runs Dry by Jason D'Amore

I know what I feel, can't deny
when the moment is real I won't set it aside
God must have chose you for a reason
It's easier to feel that it was just your time

when you're far from home, don't forget me
when every-thing's known, don't regret me
I love you so, now you know

The last moments we shared were not the same
you said I will carry on the family name
It isn't so easy to stay strong
when the river runs dry, it's time to move on

when you're far from home, don't forget me
when every thing's known, don't regret me
I love you so, now you know

Do you know, how you've touched my soul?
Do you know, you've shown me a life where I can be in control?
Do you know, you'll live in my heart and you'll live in my soul?
Do you know?

I gotta feeling that you know.... I gotta feeling that you know
