You play with cliches a lot, and sometimes you twist them to the point where it is ok, but try to find ways to say things in your own words. Also, when read in succession these songs all seem to mean the same thing. Try looking for different inspiration.

you sound like my comp 2 teacher! good point... sometimes they work but sometimes they're just ran into the ground. These are all old songs from a previous band. Thanx for lookin around

believe it or not, I'm kinda glad you didn't disappear off the face of the earth. A little variety is nice, even when it's cliché. A good song is often based more on it's context than it's actual asthetic.
