So...I just wrote my first song, kinda. It's a working progress. I was hoping that maybe some of you could tell me what you think? The lyrics so far are here. I hope you like it (you probably won't but thanks for reading it anyway :L). Jenni.

The Game

It can break you down and shatter your dreams.
But you will never catch me.

Each moment now, each moment then

Once i wished upon a star so bright
But some things, well some things they never change.

And as the years pass by and a new love takes over

These troubled dreams have long since faded.
Yet my heart still trembles when I pass you in the street.

Why can't I see love is the game I want to play
And you were holding me back.
Oh but I wish I could have held you...even just for a day.

Definantly Dees don't mind it But maybe switch the love isn't always what it seems up i've heard a few songs started like that

Just kiddin. what genre are you putting it with? How you present it makes a big difference.
