Plankton - The Screams of Injustice

I haven't given it the 'good stereo in the vehicle' treatment yet, so if anyone could let me know if there's any clipping, I'd appreciate it. I'm not picking up any on my PC speakers, but I'm seeing some slight stuff in the DAW.

I think Trollheart might remember this one. He reviewed the album it's from.

Sounds kickass to me, how did you get those screams at the beginning? Are they you? If so nice job sounding like you were legitimately in agony lol

Thanks! No, not me, although I did consider that option. I just grabbed a snippet off of this:

The deep bass sound behind the screams at the beginning was the old beginning bass line of the tune, but slowed waaayyyy down.

I think this is probably my best, most professional sounding vocal performance/mixing to date. It took probably 20-30 hours just to get the vocals for this track to where they are. I didn't realize just how much work was ahead of me for this project but I think it's paying off with what will be my best album ever.

Now I'm gonna take a break for a few days before moving onto the next one ._.

This is a lot of ****ing vocal recordings:

Jesus christ listening and I'm still hearing minor things I need to go in and fix

This is too much work for one person lmao

Psychedelic Revolution EP Teaser

Lo' fellow music addicts.
I wanted to thank this forum for being possibly the first place besides Reddit to accept my original music. Especially ribbons, eleanorrigby14, supersonicumbereon, and Kim Bertrand (new album sounds good)

I emailed a music blog finally and was lucky to be accepted so my new EP will premiere there.

here's a teaser for the new album:

I did use the Robert Plant joke. It's mostly rock/soul/funk/pop. Probably the poppiest thing I've done and I hope you can listen to it with an open mind. If you are more into pure hard rock and the seattle sound/instrumental music I've uploaded more of the old stuff I did on

Thanks so much for listening and it's appreciated.

Calling any and all friends who are willing to help me out with perfecting the technical aspects of my album as much as possible

I am finished with the songwriting and at least a rough draft recording of all 11 songs. I don't intend to upload anymore publicly but I can hand out either a download or just my Bandcamp login where the full album is currently uploaded as a draft. The amount of work involved has started to burn me out and I need some other music fans' ears to help me pinpoint the areas I still need to work on. I would be beyond grateful to get any sort of help, whether it's detailed notes (I will pay you if you do this and want the money), or even just something like "this part of this song sounds a bit off". PM me or just say something in this thread if you've got the time and want to help a homie out thanks guys

If my plate wasn't so full already, I'd put some time onto helping out. You do have some great ideas that should be flushed out properly. But, as it is the start of the DG season, I'm knee deep in all that hoopla.

Not sure if it's worthy posting here, I'm definitely not a professional musician, just tootling around at home xD

But it was quite fun creating it. It's an instrumental bagpipe cover of "Ragnar the Red" from Skyrim.
Bagpipe, acoustic guitar and davul are recorded separately and mixed together afterwards.

You've helped a lot my man, deep appreciation seriously, without your blunt criticism I really don't think I'd have the collection of high quality songs that I'm building

I have come a long way: https://soundcloud.com/daydream-soci...iser-of-misery

also @ tristan this is totally new to you too
