Default The MB Tribute Album Project: Black Sabbath

Does anyone want to try this? Each of us cover a song off of an album that we pick. Create a tribute album.

We're currently doing Black Sabbath. Post up the song you're going to do.

Former rounds:
Lou Reed

Spoiler for Lou Reed Tribute Tracklist:

1. ##### - Sunday Morning (Remix) (Kiii)
2. Don Belanger - Heroin (Chula Vista)
3. Stephanie Darnielle - Stephanie Says (wolverinewolfweiselpigeon)
4. Machine+ - Who Loves the Sun (Machine)
5. SNZZZOV*EN - Here She Comes Now (Mrs. Tristan Rosenstock)
6. Jesus the Carpenter - Metal Machine Music (Frownland)

All albums will be posted on this bandcamp page for free, check out what we've released so far!

But that would mean we have to know how to play music, which none of us do.

The best part would be listening to you all fail as musicians.

In my other forum we put together a collaborative mixtape. Perhaps you guys could try that. I think it'd be interesting.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

The question is, what album could we agree on?

I mean, I'm really down if it's something cool. Maybe we can do an artist.

Probably better if we do an artist. The more I think about it, the more I think we'd never agree on an album.

Then why not pick something we all hate?

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Or we can all pretend to make a collab album but end up making a Trainwreck pt. 2.

That's what it'd turn into anyways.
